Additional Property Attributes

829 E. Butler is the site of the former Jeld-Wyn window and door manufacturer. A prevous Phase I was completed in 2001 by the same environmental contractor as was hired for this Phase I. It was suggested in 2001 that a Phase II be completed, however only bits and pieces of Phase II work can be found as well as some cleanup work. It was suggested again by our contractor that a Phase II be completed, but the owner opted not to continue with their investigation.

Former Use: Property is a commercially zoned parcel that has historically been leased to a now-defunct window and door manufacturer. It is underutilized.
