Additional Property Attributes

Terracon performed a Phase I ESA Project 92087124, dated March 19, 2008, for Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. which identified the onsite 171 Reinecke building and several offsite facilities as recognized environmental conditions RECs. The COH Brownfield Program performed a Phase II Supplemental Site Assessmentof the property. The property has not been enrolled with the State as of date. The broker who represents the owners are having a sister property assessed with the Brownfields Program as they would like to enroll, clean and remediate both sites as necessary. see data documentation for assessment specific and findings.

Former Use: Otto�s BBQ tract located on the northeast of Memorial Drive and Asbury Avenue referred to hereafter as the Site in Houston, Harris County, Texas. The site comprises approximately 1.3 acres and has been improved with two buildings currently located at 5502 Memorial Drive Otto's BBQ and 171 Reinecke Street printing shop and former auto repair shop along the east side of the site. The west and south sides of the site are undeveloped and are used as parking areas while the north side is an undeveloped grassy lot. The Site is bounded by Asbury Avenue on the west, Rienecke Street on the east, Venice Street and residences on the north, and retail strip centers and Memorial Drive on the south. Further east and west across Reinecke Street and Asbury Avenue, respectively, is residential development.
