Additional Property Attributes

The assessment was able to facilitate a land swap between the City of Caro and a private land owner. The project was able to provide much needed public parking space to downtown Caro.

Former Use: The subject property appeared vacant from at least 1884 until the 1920s, except for a 1909 Sanborn Fire Insurance Map which depicted a portion of a residential structure on the northwestern portion of the subject property. From at least the 1920s until the completion of the Phase I ESA by AKT Peerless on January 15, 2009, the subject property has contained a garage structure and parking area.
