Additional Property Attributes

The Pharr Foundation would like to apply for a HUD grant to develop senior supported housing on the site. The initiative to develop housing at the site was halted by Hurricanes Gustav and Ike 2008 and has not resumed.

Former Use: Property is owned by Mt. Olive Baptist Church. AJDC Pharr Foundation is is interested in acquiring the property to use as a site for supported senior housing. Pharr requested assistance with a Phase I prior to purchase.
