Additional Property Attributes

13 soil borings placed between building footprints. Hydrocarbon odors present but none exceed health limits. One soil with elevated arsenic, but this not determined to be a concern for future development. No additional assessment by RRC is deemed necessary based on findings from Phase II.

Former Use: Property containing existing apartment complex, in whic additional affordable housing units will be added to the property. The site is within the historic East Texas Oil Field.
