Additional Property Attributes

This property was found to have a Recognized Environmental Concern of an out-of-use 10,000 gallon Underground Storage Tank. This property is part of a redevelopment project proposed for the existing Block of Main Street in Newport City.

Former Use: The property includes 5 commercial spaces and six residential spaces. Commercial occupants have changed over time, but currently include a thrift store, flower shop, and fabric store two are vacant. The building is three floors, plus a basement and built in 1870. The building was previously owned by Fedeles and has an 10,000 gallon Underground Storage Tank that is no longer in use A Recognized Environmental Concern.
