Additional Property Attributes

The eastern portion of the Property is currently leased and used by Johnson System, Inc. Johnson for a small-scale, carbon steel fabrication operation. Johnson utilizes the industrial building for welding and bolting operations, materials storage, and offices.

Former Use: The entire Property was agricultural and or vacant land from prior to 1938 until sometime between 1961 and 1966 when the City of Marshall began using the south-central portion of the Property to dump construction/demolition waste materials. By 1976, the current industrial building on the Property was constructed on the eastern portion of the Property and was used as a foundry. By 1980, a gravel and sand pit was present on the central portion of the Property. Between 1976 and 1986, the Property was used as a foundry, and by 1990, the Property was used as warehouse for foundry equipment. By 1995, the Property was vacant, and from sometime between 2000 and 2005 until 2007, the Property was used for semi-trailer truck maintenance and repair and metal fabrication.
