Former Use: The entire Property was agricultural land from at least 1938 until 1970. In 1970, a gasoline station and service center was constructed along Old U.S. 27 (17 Mile Road), on the eastern parcel included in the Property. This parcel was used as a gasoline station and service center from 1970 until 1982 when the gasoline USTs were removed from the Property. The eastern parcel was unoccupied until 1987 when it was leased out for use as a restaurant. The eastern parcel was used as a restaurant from 1987 until sometime between 1992 and 1995 when the building was demolished. The eastern parcel remained vacant during 2008. The remainder of the Property was agricultural or vacant land from 1970 through 2008.
