The subgrant agreement between St. Louis Development Corporation and Habitat for Humanity St. Louis was signed on 4/16/09. Habitat for Humanity St. Louis is one of more than 1,800 worldwide affiliates of Habitat for Humanity International. Habitat for Humanity houses are sold with no profit made. Homeowners contribute "sweat equity," and house payments are recycled to build additional houses. The home has a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design LEED of Platinum.

Former Use: Property has always been residential, but due to the industrial history of the City of St. Louis, PAH contamination has occurred.
