Additional Property Attributes

The total authorized budget to perform a Phase I ESA was 3,500. 2,495 was funded under BF971196010. An additional 1,005 was funded under BF-97180301-0. Site access was not granted by the owner's widow and sister and the remaining 268 was deolbligated during the 7/22/09 Committee meeting, reducing the authorized budget to 737.

Former Use: Prior use as a junkyard. The original owner died and the site was inherited by his widow and his sister. The current owners have not provided access to the site to complete the Phase I. Due to a lack of interest and cooperation on the part of the new owners, the Phase I ESA was not completed.
