Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is percieved to be potentially impacted by petroleum products based on historical uses. Also, the adjacent properties are known LUST sites and railroad spur property. No efforts have been expended to investigate the potential for off-site, third-party impacts. Further investigation of REC�s may require site sampling and analysis. These activities are all beyond the defined scope of this investigation

Former Use: The Subject Property is located at 1103 South Stephenson Avenue and consists of lots 1, 2, and 3 of block 17 of the plat of St. Clair's first addition to the city of Iron Mountain, Dickinson County, Michigan. The Subject Property was residential until 1971, when Marathon oil gas station/convenience store was built. The subject property is currently a closed LUST site.
