Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is perceived to be potentially impacted by petroleum products based on the product storage and commercial sales of the product for over 70 years as well as undocumented releases and impacted water wells. The subject property currently contains three double well USTs and their associated piping. Also, the property contains a grease-pit with oil accumulation in the bottom.

Former Use: The Subject Property is known as N7463 State Highway M-95, Randville, Michigan and is located on the Northwest corner of the intersection of State Highway M-95 with Carbis Road. The Subject Property is currently a Bar and Grill with a small convenience store area that dispenses gasoline. The property has been a gasoline station/tavern/restaurant since the 1930s.
