Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site has been used for commercial and residential uses for a century. A large commercial building was constructed as early as 1948 and was used by Creo Dipt Company and Weatherbest Corporation for the manufacture of shingles and paint stains. By 1978 the site was used for a variety of uses including auto repair, machine shops, and commercial enterprises. Vasiliy Ukharkin purchased the property in 1997 and rented out for the site for use as blacktop repair, vintage auto repair, and car salvage dealers and cleaners. In 2004, the majority of the building was demolished. The City of North Tonawanda acquired the site through tax foreclosure. Timothy Perry purchased the site at a tax foreclosure auction in 2009. The site is currently vacant.
