Former Use: Available historic information indicates the site was developed by 1931. No structures appear to have been built on the property. Two above ground fuel oil tanks were apparently used on the site from 1972 to 1985. The property was previously owned by Schrack Oil Inc. and later purchased by the current owner, John Curtiss. For at least two decades the property has been vacant and consists of undeveloped partially cleared land and a sizeable wooded section.
