Additional Property Attributes

This assessment has revealed no evidence of any recognized environmental condition in connection with the property. The completion of this ESA will assist in future redevelopment of the site, primarily for commercial uses.

Former Use: Property Description/History/Past Ownership: Historical records indicate that the first use on the subject property likely occurred between 1980 and 1990. There is one building located on site, which houses Santa Cruz County government offices. It is constructed of concrete block stucco and is approximately 56,800 square feet. The area immediately surrounding the building is composed of asphalt covered parking areas. A jail complex is being constructed to the east of the existing building. The remainder of the subject property is native undeveloped desert used for recreational and walking trail uses.
