Additional Property Attributes

This assessment has revealed no evidence of any recognized environmental condition in connection with the property. The completion of this ESA will assist in future redevelopment of the site, primarily for commercial uses.

Former Use: Historical records indicate that the first developed use on the subject property likely occurred after 2003 when a park was constructed on the subject property. The subject site consists primarily of native desert vegetation and grass lawns with sports courts and picnic areas. There are several structures on the subject property including a food concession stand, picnic ramadas, and public restrooms. There are three asphalt covered parking lots. Drainage ditches carry stormwater onto and off the subject facility at several locations.
