Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I ESA revealed evidence of one recognized environmental condition in connection with the property. > Solid waste consisting of discarded household materials was observed on the surface and buried in a wash located in the south-central portion of the subject property. White tiles, which are potentially asbestos-containing materials (ACM), were observed within the material. Samples of the potential ACM and soil underlying the observed waste material should be collected and sampled for asbestos, metals, and volitile organic compounds (VOCs). The completion of this ESA will assist in the future redevelopment of the site, primarily for commercial uses.

Former Use: Historical records indicate that the subject property has never been developed. Aeriel photography indicated dirt roads appeared on the subject property between 1973 and 1982. Currently, there is evidence of vehicular traffic taking place.
