This propoerty is part of a larger retail development plan being pursued by the city of Williamsport.

Former Use: The site is currently occupied by a 3 story masonry structure (plus basement) and asphalt paved parking area. The northern half of the site has been used as a school since the early 20th century. The southern half was used for industrial purposes until the middle of the 20th century when it was acquired by the school district.
