Additional Property Attributes

Environmental Contractor concludes that "former Petroleum distribution facility on the property has significantly impacted subsurface and surface soils in the general locations of pipelines and former tanks. Petroleum contamination appears to be localized and extends to shallow bedrock which consists of a weathered and competent basalt . Sample results were reported below state action levels however removal and disposal of contaminated soils and pipelines is prudent."

Former Use: Petroleum distribution facility in Industrially zoned area of Flagstaff.
