Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is currently vacant and consists of a former ranch residence, a demolished saw mill, and two sheds. Phase I findings revealed the presence of numerous unlabeled 55-gallon drums, tire piles, automobiles, and automotive parts. Fill material was used to topographically elevate portions of the site. There is the presence of suspect asbestos containing materials and lead-based paint associated with the former buildings and debris piles. The Phase I recommended a Phase II subsurface investigation to evaluate the identified recognized environmental conditions associated with the surficial and buried debris piles as well as the fill material that may underlie portions of the site. The results of the Phase II subsurface investigation, found that no exceedences of applicable reportable conditions (i.e. metals) were identified. While clean-up of debris is recommended, no environmental clean-up is required.
