Additional Property Attributes

The REC is the presence onsite of gasoline dispensers, underground storage tank UST fill ports and the historic use of the property as a gas station. The site is currently a 0.2 acre rectangular vacant parcel containing a concrete slab, visible gasoline dispensers and UST fill ports. The property has been in operation as a gasoline station and although the operational period is uncertain, the gasoline station was present in 1987.
