Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: This site has been historically used for commercial purposes supporting the downtown commercial district and adjacent waterfront. It was once used for retail purposes and as a boat storage site. It has been blighted and underutilized for many decades. A fire destroyed the site in the 1970s, further complicating its redevelopment. The site is currently vacant.
