Additional Property Attributes

RECs associated with this parcel are historic fill, demolition debris and potential contamination from a vacant lot located to the north and east located along Kearney Avenue, Rose Avenue, and Orient Avenue in Block 1993 which contains lead at concentrations exceeding NJDEP soil cleanup criteria.

Former Use: Three abandoned residences bounded by the vacant lots to the east and north, the Emanuel Pentecostal Church and parking lot to the north, a clothing and shoe store and vacant lot to the west, and residences to the south. The abandoned residences are boarded insecurely with evidences of trespassing and loitering. Past uses of this parcel include residences, auto shop, and stair builder facility.
