Since this assessment was done the Anchorage Community Land Trust has purchased this property.

Former Use: The property has always been used as a mixture of motel and residential housing. The original owner was Fred Vail who sold the property to Prentice and Katherine Chittey likely in the late 1940s. The Chitteys sold the property to Cy Johnson in 1974, who maintained the motel and RV park business until John Leonard purchased the property in 1981.
