Historical use as Laconia Coal & Ice Manchester Coal & Ice Co. City Barns/Public Works facility. Historical post and beam barn located on property. Property sits on Opechee Lake and abuts paved walking trail.

Former Use: Property has been in use as city public works facility since 1917. A historical blacksmith shop is present and being used as a garage, a post and beam barn that housed city horses is currenlty used for storage, two other garage buildigns, and a sand/salt shed are located on the property.
