Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject site consists of several structures, including a 1,120 square foot residential structure, a barn, a storage shed, two stock tanks/ponds, and stalls to support equestrian training. 2. Two small piles of debris consisting of wood, asphalt shingles, and household wastes were identified onsite. This debris was deposited during some recent flooding in the area, and is considered a de minimis condition however, the debris should be removed in order to preserve the aesthetic quality of the subject property. No further environmental investigation appears necessary on the property.
