Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Non-profit organization, Citizens For Progress, propose to purchase property to construct a learning / assistance center for low to moderate income people. Phase II found no contaminants exceeding Tier 2 TRRP standards however, shallow groundwater was not encountered and a heavy vegetation area was not accessable for sampling.
