RECs: historic fill observed to have metal, VOCs, SVOCs and naphthalene concentrations above cleanup criteria sheen and petroleum odor observed during a previous investigation at 4.5 feet below ground surface bgs a shed with drums and gallon buckets containing hazardous substances transformers sumps and drainage basins a historic fuel oil tank historic use as a steel manufacturing facility and historic use of surrounding properties including Republic Steel, Norfolk Railroad, Donner-Hanna Coke Corporation, and L.T.V. Steel Corporation. Steelfields' containment cell abuts southern perimeter.

Former Use: Vacant land, large concrete pad and footings, building burned down. Former Steel Manufacturing facility currently owned by Buffalo Urban Development Corporation.
