Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I ESA identified potential RECs scrap metal and debris potentially containing asbestos materials, PCBs, and/or petroleum associated to the vacant lot. The potential RECS are associated with uncontrolled dumping of construction debris and other materials on the property for at least ten years.

Former Use: The partially fenced and cleared property was formerly improved with a house for over 40 years, which was razed after being abandoned in the last 10 years.
