Additional Property Attributes

The assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection to the subject property except for the following: A UST fill port was observed on the west side of the building located on the subject property. This may indicate the present of a UST filled with oil or a UST drained of the oil and filled with sand. As a result, it was not possible to determine whether cleanup is required. An updated Phase 1 was completed in March 2012 that also identified the on-site UST as a signficant REC. One additional REC was determined off-site source of potential migrating solvent impacts. A Phase 2 ESA completed in May 2012 revealed no impacts to groundwater related to the RECs identified in the Phase 1 ESA. Only arsenic was detected in a soil sample above regulatory criteria, barely above the residential use criteria. Additional investigation has been recommended related to the UST to determine the best method of closure/removal, as well as a confirmatory soil sample to address the arsenic concern.

Former Use: Site is developed with a two-story structure that had historical uses that included hotel and restaurant facilities. Later uses included municipal offices.
