Additional Property Attributes

Per 2010 Phase I ESA: A cleanup is required because removal of several USTs left contamination at the site as far as can be determined. Per 2012 Phase I ESA: Residual petroleum impacts need to be assessed, as well as potential impacts associated with on-site auto repair, and potential migrating impacts associated with adjacent retail gasoline facility. A Phase 2 ESA completed in May 2012 revealed VOCs in groundwater above state cleanup criteria (per Chapter 62-777). The only soil impact above regulatory criteria was arsenic.

Former Use: Site was vacant/undeveloped with remnant pavement at the time of the 2012 investigation. Historical land use has included residential, commercial, and retail gasoline sales/potential auto service.
