Weston Solutions, Inc. (WESTON) prepared a Baseline Environmental Assessment (BEA) as the basis for liability protection following property purchase and occupancy in support of the City of Flint�s acquisition of the property known as the former Chevy in the Hole (Site). The Site is located at 300 North Chevrolet Avenue, 306 and 307 South Stevenson Street, and Glenwood Avenue (between West Kearsley and North Chevrolet) in Flint, Genesee County, Michigan, 48555 and includes five parcels (Parcel A, Parcel B, Parcel C, Parcel D, and Parcel E).

Former Use: The five parcels are further described as follows: � Parcel A- commonly known as 300 North Chevrolet Avenue and bound on the east by Chevrolet Avenue, on the north by the Flint River, on the west by Center Street and on the south by Grand Trunk Western Railroad; � Parcel B- commonly known as 306 South Stevenson Street and bound on the east by Stevenson Street, on the north by the Flint Rjver, on the west by Chevrolet Avenue and on the south by Grand Trunk Western Railroad; � Parcel C- commonly known as Glenwood Avenue and bound on the east by Asylum Street, on the south by Glenwood A venue, on the west by Chevrolet A venue and on the north by Grand Trunk Western Railroad; � Parcel D- commonly known as 307 South Stevenson Street and bound on the north and east by the Flint River, on the west by Stevenson Street and on the south by Grand Trunk Western Railroad; and � Parcel E- commonly known as 300 North Chevrolet Avenue and bound on the east by Thread Creek, on the west by Stevenson Street, on the south by Kearsley Street and on the north by Grand Trunk Western Railroad. The Site consists of five parcels of the former Delphi-Flint West Operations. The Site has also been identified as: General Motors-Fisher Guide Manufacturing, AC Spark Plug Division, AC Rochester Flint West, Delphi Energy & Engine Management Systems, Delphi Automotive Systems, LLC, and the Site has also commonly been referred to as the "Chevy in the Hole" plant, due to its topographical location along the Flint River. All-parcels of the Site have been vacant since 2004 when the last buildings were demolished. Histories of the individual parcels encompassing the Site excerpted from previous reports are described in the BEA prepared for the property.
