Additional Property Attributes

In 2012, a Phase 2 ESA was performed to address potential impacts associated with historical on and off-site land uses. Results of the investigation revealed only minor exceedances arsenic as compared to the State cleanup criteria for groundwater from monitor wells installed near the general south edge of the property next to railroad tracks. Combined with a low-level impact of TRPH, the impacts have been attributed to an off-site source (the railroad). As such, it would be prudent for the site owner to consider an insitutional control (i.e. covenant/deed restriction) to prohibit the use of on-site groundwater for potable uses.

Former Use: Historical land use has been primarily for recreational/community center/hall purposes.
