Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA completed in 2012,RECs have been identifed related to the site's historical land uses (petroleum storage facility, railroads) and adjacent properties (historical dry cleaner, and auto repair facilities). As of September 2014, there's a strong potential for development of this under-utilized property for affordable housing by Blue Sky Communities of Tampa, Florida. Funding is antcipated in the range of 17.5 million.

Former Use: Historical use has included railroads and associated warehouse structures, and a bulk fuel/refining facility.
