Additional Property Attributes

One of the early projects slated for the Bridge District is a 70-unit mixed-use affordable housing development to be constructed by non-profit builder BRIDGE Housing. The City will be participating as a gap financing lender in this project. This Phase I was completed in order to satisfy a requirement for the developer to pursue project financing from the State of California�s Multifamily Housing Program.

Former Use: The property was formerly occupied by warehouses that were demolished several years ago.
