1) Current and continued residential and non-residential use of the property.
2) No current or continued domestic consumption of the groundwater at the property. Prior to construction of a drinking water well on the property, further investigation and evaluation is needed.

Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the May 2012 Phase I ESA, the site had received a "No Further Action" (NFA) letter (dated 4/28/2011) from the MDNR Hazardous Waste Program. Although the site is a LUST/UST site, the NFA status and the proper removal of the UST did not constitute a REC.

Former Use: Property is currently undeveloped land with an asphalt parking lot. The property's predominant historical use has been as a gasoline service station. At the time of the 2012 Phase I ESA, the on-site building had been abated for asbestos and demolished. One 1,000 gallon UST had been removed; after completing Tier 1 and Tier 2 Risk Assessment, the site received a NFA letter from the MDNR (dated 4/28/11).
