Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA completed in December 2012 per ASTM E1527-05, RECs were identified related to the suspected on-site fill material that was discovered as part of redevelopment of this site with the Robert L. Taylor Community Center. To address FDEP concerns, a vertical delineation of dissolved-phase iron and arsenic impacts, as well as a background study for these contaminants is anticipated in the near future.

Former Use: Site is currently developed with recently-constructed Robert L. Taylor Community Center and municipal recreational areas/park. The site has been utilized almost exclusively as a community park as far back as the 1940's.
