Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA completed in November 2012, the only REC identified for this site is based on historical land use for agricultural purposes (per ASTM E1527-05). A Phase II ESA funded by Robinson Farms Inc. revealed no significant impacts to the site resulting from the identified REC.

Former Use: Property is adjacent to the County-owned/maintained Robinson Preserve. The subject site is an anticipated 150-acre addition to the at Preserve. Historical land use (at least back to the 1940's) appears to have been agricultural.
