Additional Property Attributes

As part of the City's roadway improvements along 5th Street West, a unregistered underground storage tank was discovered beneath the roadway adjacent to 923 5th Street West. The UST was removed and the area was assessed to determine if construction could continue. A tank closure assessment was performed per FDEP standards. No soil or groundwater impacts were found that would indicate impacts related to the former UST. As such, no additional assessment was recommended.

Former Use: The section of roadway impacted by the discovery may have been part of a former automobile dealership prior to roadway widening as far back as the 1960's.
