Additional Property Attributes

Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) findings did not indicate environmental concerns from current or historical practices/uses on the Site. All recognized environmental conditions (RECs) were related to historic off-Site properties, including dry cleaners, gasoline service stations/service garages, printer/paint shops, and chemical/pest control companies.

Former Use: The Site consists of three vacant, unimproved lots. Historical information indicates that the Site was developed prior to 1909 for residential purposes and continued as residential through 2006.
