Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in March 2013 revealed RECs associated with the subject site's historical use as industrial facilities, adjacent dry cleaning facilty, and nearby petroleum storage facility. A Phase II ESA completed in July 2013 revealed a limited groundwater impact in the southwest parcel of the study area (Bromodichloromethane), and limited soil impacts above residential criteria in soils for BaP. Arsenic was also found in one soil sample above it's residential direct-exposure criteria, but can likely be ruled out via the 95 UCL guidance, if necessary.

Former Use: The majority of the properly is a recently redeveloped/landscaped parking lot. Historical uses of the parcels include light manufacturing and metal working.
