Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of a vacant commercial building, formerly a retail/jewelry store, surrounded by a paved parking lot and grass-covered areas. The building was constructed around 1970. It has been vacant for several years. The Phase I found no RECs, but found the following potential environmental concern: due to its age, asbestos containing materials and lead-based paint may be present.
