Additional Property Attributes

Based on previous assessment reports contained in State agency files, impacts were found related to potential undocumented landfill activiteis prior to the initial development of this site as a community center. Funding under this grant was used to assist the City with quarterly gas screening and semi-annual groundwater monitoring, anticipating assistance with obtaining an SRCO for the property. At the end of the assessment grant, iron was still being encountered in groundwater. Semi-annual monitoring of gw was recommended, as well as quarterly vapor sampling.

Former Use: Site is currently occupied by a municipal community center. Past undocumented landfill activity may have occured prior to initial development of the site.
