The property is located at 114 to 131 South Baldwin Avenue and 111 to 133 Jordan Avenue in Arcadia, DeSoto County, Florida, on parcels 36-37-24-0404-00F0-0040 and 36-37-24-0404-00G0-0040. The property covers approximately 2.085 acres of land west of downtown Arcadia. The property is currently developed with 24 multi-family residential units located in seven buildings, which were built in 1970, but are now abandoned. The units served as rental housing from 1970 until 2004, when the units were significantly damaged by Hurricane Charlie and subsequently vacated. There have been no other active uses of the property since it was abandoned in 2004.

Former Use: The Arcadia Housing Authority is the current owner of the property. Previous owners are not identified.
