Former Use: The site is located near the center of town, with residences and government buildings nearby. The property has a residential structure in a dilapidated condition. The site was developed as early as the 1829. While no business records were identified, residents confirmed that the site had small scale vehicle repair services and the storing of refuse collection trucks.
