Additional Property Attributes

The City of Gretna requested an environmental assessment to facilitate reuse of this vacant lot along a major commercial corridor in their community. At the time, a prospective purchaser was looking to construct a new office building on the site for the headquarters of their small business. That project fell through, but the assessment was completed so that the site would be ready for reuse should the City find another developer for the property. The City is now actively marketing the site which received a No Further Action determination from LDEQ.
