Additional Property Attributes

The 432 South Orange Avenue property is approximately 29,800 square feet in size and is comprised of three tax lots: Block 318, Lots 1, 4, and 8. The subject property is currently vacant with portions of paved concrete/asphalt parking lots and a freestanding wall as the only remaining structure on the subject property. It was previously developed with car dealerships with auto servicing and gasoline stations including auto repair operations from the 1930s to the 1990s. Two 550-gallon underground storage tanks (USTs) were removed from the site in 2006. Test pit and soil boring samples collected during a previous investigation in 2008 indicated contamination from total petroleum hydrocarbons at concentrations up to 26,000 ppm. A geophysical survey conducted at the time of the investigation indicated that 10 USTs may remain at the property.
