Additional Property Attributes

The US EPA tasked Tetra Tech, Inc. to conduct a Phase II ESA of the site under the Superfund Technical Assessment and Response Team (START) contract EP-S5-13-01, Technical Direction Document (TDD) No. S05-0003-1611-201. Former Use: The subject property was used for farming by 1938. Available records showed that the property was used for farming from 1938 to 1952. The property was vacant between 1959 and 1983 and later used for gardening between 1988 and 2012. The site is planned to be redeveloped as industrial-commercial end use. The Phase II ESA identified metal compounds in soil at concentrations exceeding TACO Tier 1 remediation objectives.
