The building has a residential living area on the upper level. The remaining Site includes a marina with approximately 30 transient boat slips. The marina includes boat storage, boat sales and associated marine services that include outboard engine repair, bottom painting, launching/hauling, boat cleaning and waxing, varnishing, topside waxing, and storage. Various types of marine equipment such as outriggers, anchoring systems, electronics, and livewells are also installed at the marina."
