Additional Property Attributes

Standard and other historical sources were able to document a former dwelling was constructed in the eastern portion by 1924 (likely in 1910) and was demolished in 1977. The current building was constructed in approximately 1929 and was occupied by apartments from construction until 2006 and has been vacant of occupants since that time. A former garage was present in the northeastern portion from approximately 1929 to 1999 and a parking lot was constructed in the eastern portion in 1983.

Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) include asbestos containing materials and lead based paint, which warrants further assessments.

Following assessment, the Developer will remove any potential contaminants and then selectively demolish interior building structures to renovate the building to be utilized as workforce housing.
